The Atriste is an affiliated singer, composer and lyricist of All India Radio (Akashbani) . He has worked for several radio stations (Kashmir A.I.R, Rajasthan A.I.R, Patna A.I.R, Kolkata A.I.R and many more). He has proved his worth by his geet, bhajan, gazal etc in radio station broadcast.The artiste has worked with composers like Prabir Majumder, Anil Bagchi, Rabin Chattopadhay, Jatileshwar Mukhopadhay, Ashok Ray, Nikhil Chattopadhay and many others.
Suprakash Chaki has worked as a composer for Purabi Dutta, Shibaji Chattopadhay, Purnadas Baul, Anushuya Chowdhury, Shyamal Banerjee and many others in radio stations.
Suprakash has performed as a singer in many T.V shows all over india.
The artiste has also proved his worth in the field of Drama (Jatra) as a music director.

He has also worked as an examiner of ‘Calcutta University’ and ‘Pracheen Kala Kendra(Chandigar)’.

He has also directed and composed many songs in the albums like ;‘Agomonir Aanginay’, ‘Shri Ramakrishnayan’ ‘Shadhananjali’, ‘Debdebi Bandana’, for the singers.There are many established students of the artiste, among them there are Music Director Pritam (Mumbai), Professor Indrilla Guha, Pradeep Chaterjee, Dr. Partha Bhattacharya (Bangla Band).
